Sangha Meetings

The Rhode Island Community of Mindfulness is a network of sanghas led by Joanne Friday. For meetings where Joanne Friday will be present, see the calendar.

All are welcome! All meetings listed here are free and open to the public and are appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators. Most meetings include periods of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and sharing teachings from the Plum Village practice tradition. A completely optional offering of generosity (dana) is usually requested at the end of each gathering to offset room rental and to support our teacher.
