“Find the place inside yourself where nothing is impossible.”
“There is no paycheck that can equal the feeling of contentment that comes from being the person you are meant to be.”
“There is no man living who isn’t capable of doing more than he thinks he can do.”
I hope you are all well and are enjoying these bright winter days and manifesting all of the gifts you've been given to share.

There will be a formal Transmission of the Five Trainings as part of the Day. This will need to returned to me by February 16. The Path of Peace Sangha always offers a wonderful day. I hope you will be able to join us. [Click here for a link to the March 2 Day of Mindfulness registration info and application.]
The Rhode Island Community of Mindfulness offers a 5 day retreat every May...this year May 15-19. They are inviting anyone who would like to help out to join the planning team. They always do a wonderful job of creating conditions for a very nourishing retreat. If you would like to be a part of the team, you can contact Linda Pietras at email@example.com
Please continue to hold Laura French in your prayers. She might be being moved, which we should know shortly...I will keep you posted when I learn more.
I want to thank you all for your prayers for me. The tests - bone scan, blood work, xray and biopsy..all came back OK! So the chemo I am on seems to be working. Thank you for all of your love, care and support.
As we begin this new year, things are a even more turbulent in our country and it is more important than ever, for us to be informed, take what action we are able to take to help while we take good care of our consciousness..not allowing our seeds of hatred and anger to be strengthened. It is normal for those seeds to get activated when we witness those causing enormous suffering. Our practice is to see that those causing suffering, are themselves suffering - and to use the energy of anger creatively to take action to address the injustices....and of course in order to do this, we need to expand our capacity by watering lots of seeds of joy!
and speaking of watering seeds of creativity, enjoy the work fo Mona Caron...
A beautiful meditation provided by mother nature....
I hope that you will be able to join us tomorrow and until then, I hope you are enjoying every present moment,
