I hope you are all well and happy and and being motivated by compassion to help as you enjoy this absolutely magnificent day.
We are very grateful that this Sunday we will be able to gather and deepen our practice together. I will be offering a retreat next weekend, so Cindy and John were kind enough to offer to trade weeks and host on the third Sunday and we will host at our home this coming Sunday at 6 PM. We will enjoy sitting/walking/sitting meditation, I will offer a talk and we will share the Dharma. I hope you will be able to be with us. Our dear friends, Sue and Roger Morgan who used to host one of our meetings, will be visiting from CA and are planning to be with us! What a delight!
The RI Community of Mindfulness, as part of our 25th anniversary celebration, is happy to announce that the 1:00 showing of Walk With Me is sold out so the Cable Car has been kind enough to offer a second showing at 4 PM on October 1. Click http://gathr.us/screening/21125 to reserve your tickets!
The first show is at 1, after that show, at 3 PM we will enjoy a walking meditation along the river and be back by 4 in time for the second show. So those attending each show will be able to join us for the walk if they wish.
I hope that you will be able to be with us for this event.
As always, it is necessary to water some seeds of joy so that we can expand our capacity to help alleviate some suffering in this world.....enjoy!

with much love and many blessings, Joanne
