3-18-17 Sangha Update

Spring is coming!
The bud
stands for all things,
even for those things that don’t flower,
for everything flowers, from within, of self-blessing;
though sometimes it is necessary
to reteach a thing its loveliness,
to put a hand on the brow
of the flower
and retell it in words and in touch
it is lovely
until it flowers again from within, of self-blessing;

“Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.”
“When we love, we always strive to become better than we are.
When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.” ― Paulo CoelhoThe Alchemist

Dear Friends,

I hope you are all well, blooming beautifully from within and being peace in the midst of the storms.

There will be a gathering of the Sangha tomorrow evening at 6 PM at our home at 725 Matunuck Schooll House Rd. in Wakefield. We will enjoy sitting meditation, I will offer a talk about taking refuge and we will share the Dharma.
I hope that you will be able to be with us.

We have lots of opportunities for practice coming up.
