2-18-17 Sangha Update

I believe that every single event in life happens in an opportunity to choose love over fear.
Oprah Winfrey
Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.
Mark Twain
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror.
I can take the next thing that comes along.'
You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” ― Eleanor Roosevelt
Dear Friends,
I hope this finds you well and happy, enjoying this winter and choosing love over fear.
We will be doing that when we gather at 6 PM Sunday at our home at 725 Matunuck School House Rd. We will enjoy sitting meditation... I will offer a talk on practices that Thay and the Buddha have given us to expand our capacity for love and help us to  see through our fears. I hope you will be able to be with us.
It would also be lovely if you could join us for a Day of Mindfulness on March 25in Franklin, MA.
