A Spiritual Journey

And the world cannot be discovered by a journey of miles, no matter how long, but only by a spiritual journey, a journey of one inch, very arduous and humbling and joyful, by which we arrive at the ground at our feet, and learn to be at home.

~ Wendell Berry ~

Dear Friends,

I hope you are well and happy and enjoying these perfect summer days and I hope that you will be with us tomorrow when we will arrive at the ground at our feet and  be home.

We will be gathering Sunday evening at 6 PM at our home at 725 Matunuck School House Rd in Matunuck. We will  enjoy sitting meditation, walking outdoors (weather permitting) and I will offer a short  talk and we will share the Dharma. I hope you will be able to be with us.

The registration for the Senexet House weekend retreat being organized by the New London Community of Mindfulness is now open, the forms are not yet on the website, so I have included them below. I hope you will be able to join us. Stopping, Calming, and Taming the Wild Mind: Practices for being at peace in our daily lives Oct. 16-17-18 at Senexet House in Woodstock, CT

I hope you will be able to be with us and in the meantime, I hope you are at home wherever you are and are enjoying every moment.
