It's spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you've got it, you want -- oh, you don't quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so! ~Mark Twain
Every spring is the only spring -- a perpetual astonishment. ~Ellis Peters
I hope you are all well and happy, perpetually astonished and enjoying every single moment of this glorious springtime.
We just returned from a wonderful five day retreat with the Toronto Sangha which was held at a retreat center on the Georgian Bay. It was very beautiful and...it was snowing there! So we traveled from winter to spring and arrived home to a yard filled with daffodils! What an amazing planet!
This is a reminder that there will be no gathering of the Clear Heart Sangha this Sunday. I hope you all have a lovely weekend and deeply enjoy whatever holiday you are celebrating.
Saturday, the 14th there will be a Day of Mindfulness in Franklin, MA. Download information on the calendar page. I hope that you will be able to be with us.

Also don't forget the RI Community of Mindfulness Retreat at Camp Aldersgate from May 18-22. All of the sanghas are working together to create conditions for us to come together. I hope you will consider joining us. It is wonderful to be able to spend an extended period of time in silence, being supported in deepening our practice by the whole sangha. The Toronto retreat was very rich and I know this one will be also. Download the registration form here.
Until we are together again, be well and take very good care of yourself.
with much love, many hugs and the miracle of the full moon mirroring the sun for you, Joanne
