Clear Heart Sangha This will be brief as I just finished the Day of Mindfulness at Riverside Church today and want to be rested for our gathering tomorrow. We will be meeting Sunday, November 20 at 6 p.m. at our home. We will have sitting meditation, a ceremony in remembrance of Elsa, I will give a brief talk and we will enjoy Dharma sharing. I hope you will be able to be with us.
Mind Tamers Update There will be a gathering November 22 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in West Barrington. We will have sitting/walking/sitting and I will give a talk about nonself, putting an end to anger and Thanksgiving! We will then enjoy a Dharma sharing. I hope that you can all be with us.

Generations Sangha We had a wonderful first meeting of the Generations Sangha. Fifty three folks enjoyed a day together...about half were children. The next monthly meeting will be on December 10 at the Westminster Unitarian Church in East Greenwich. It is wonderful to have all of the generations together. I hope you will be able to be with us. More information is at: https://sites.google.com/site/generationssangha/ Volunteers needed! Eric is still looking for volunteers to help with child care. This will be done on a rotating basis.. and as part of a team. If you would be willing to help please contact Eric Loucks at firstname.lastname@example.org or 401-331-8075.
Save the Date The RI Community of Mindfulness will offer a five-day retreat May 18-22 in North Scituate, Rhode Island. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to practice together in community. Ann Moore is the contact person and the info is listed below. I hope you can join us. Ann has also put out an APB for any mugs you might be willing to contribute so we will not have to use paper products. If you have old mugs that you might donate, please let Ann know.
