Dear Friends,

I hope you are all well and enjoying this peaceful evening. We had a wonderful day at the Sangha Picnic at Colt State Park. A beautiful place, wonderful people, luscious food and really lovely sharing…from a reading on happiness from the dancing to French Canadian fiddle playing…and a good game of bocce. We were happy to see all of the Sanghas represented and very happy to see so many couples from our Family Day of Mindfulness last summer with lots of beautiful children. It was fun! Thank you to all of the Mind Tamers for hosting it and to all who attended. It was a wonderful co-creation!

I am not going to have access to a computer for a while, so this is a reminder for the next two weeks.

Elsa update I spent some time with Elsa and her husband yesterday. She is presently in Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She is waiting to see if the chemo she received last week is working before they decide on next steps. We did a guided meditation and Elsa said she has missed the Sangha and asked me to send you all her love and gratitude for holding her in your prayers. Once a plan is in place and we know where she will be, she would love to have company to sit with her. If you are interested in doing this, please contact Clare at And a deep bow of gratitude to Clare for all she has done to coordinate help in this situation which has been ever changing.
