I hope you are well and happy and enjoying all the wonders of life as well as the cool of the evening!
We had a lovely Day of Mindfulness last Saturday. The focus was on “Stopping, Calming, Resting and Healing.” From the photos you will see that the day lived up to it’s title! We offer a deep bow of gratitude to the Radiant Bell Sangha for organizing it, to our anonymous benefactor for making it possible for everyone who wanted to, to take part, and to all who helped and all who attended for your true presence. We had wonderful people, an idyllic setting, perfect weather…conditions were sufficient for a wonderful time!
I had requested prayers for myself as I underwent some testing at Sloan Kettering earlier this week. Please accept my deepest gratitude for all of your love and concern. I am happy to report that I just got word this morning that all of the tests came back clear!
